oh my gosh

I'm not dead. Promise. I have just been so busy with work and running and blah blah blah....

Anyway, I wanted to share my great thought of the day.......If you make cookies with egg beaters you can safely eat the whole batch without baking them because you won't get salmonella. Brilliant, I know. :)
